Cedar Crest Trail Run

Join us for our 4th annual Cedar Crest Trail Run along our Perimeter Trail!
New for 2025: We are adding a 5K option, and we are adjusting our longest-distance race to make it a full Half Marathon. We will continue to offer the 10K distance as well.
Onsite lodging and camping over the weekend is available; reach out to us for more information about this option!

Youth Annual Gathering
February 21-23, 2025
Join us for the TWK UMC United: Youth Gathering retreat at Cedar Crest Camp. We invite 6th-12th graders, adult leaders, and volunteers to join us.
Earlybird Cost (Per Person):
$165 for early bird:
September 15 - December 20
$10 non-refundable deposit due at registration
(50% due by December 20 for early bird rate)
Full Cost (Per Person):
$195 for registration:
December 21-February 7
(50% due upon registration and payment in full by February 7)
Registration deadline is
February 7, 2025!

BE Retreat
March 29-30, 2025
Our theme is "BE Bright." We invite 3rd-5th graders to join us for a weekend of learning, worshipping, playing, and connection!
Earlybird Cost (Per Person):
$125 for early bird:

$140 for registration: January 3-March 10
